Real motion. Real training. Real test data.
SANLAB builds the motion platforms and simulators that put operators, engineers, and hardware through the real thing before it ever reaches the field. TDM X brings them to the Kingdom, fully integrated and supported.

Training on the real machine is expensive and risky
Every hour an excavator, crane, or test vehicle spends in training is an hour it isn't earning — and every inexperienced operator on live equipment is a safety and damage risk. The same is true in engineering: validating a turret, radar, or vehicle dynamics on physical prototypes burns budget and calendar. SANLAB replaces that risk with motion. High-fidelity 6DOF platforms and immersive simulators let your people train, and your engineers test, against physics that behaves exactly like the real world — at a fraction of the cost and none of the danger. TDM X is the partner that specs, integrates, and supports these systems inside the Kingdom.
One motion technology, many missions
6DOF Motion Platforms
Full six-axis motion — surge, sway, heave, roll, pitch, yaw — with electro-mechanical real-time control and payloads from 50 up to 14,000 kg. Optional IP66 for harsh environments. The backbone for high-fidelity simulation and test.
3DOF Motion Platforms
Compact, customizable heave/roll/pitch motion with real-time feedback, ideal for simulators, validation, and R&D where a full 6DOF envelope isn't required.
2DOF & Heavy Motion Systems
Rugged tilt-and-rotate platforms built for heavy payloads up to 25 tons — vehicle, aerospace, and defense testing in extreme field conditions.
Stabilized Platforms
Real-time roll and pitch correction for marine and defense systems, holding steady in extreme sea states. Compatible with radar, gimbal, and camera systems, with fast response.
Simulators & Test Rigs
Driver-in-the-Loop (6DOF, HIL, force feedback), SISO Motion racing (3DOF, VR-ready), flight simulators, and MotionBridge — SANLAB's Unreal Engine integration for real-time visual-to-motion simulation.
Heavy-Equipment Training Simulators
VR-based operator training for excavators, backhoes, telehandlers, bulldozers, forklifts, cranes, and reach trucks — 2-in-1 and 3-in-1 configurations with realistic terrain physics and interchangeable controls.
Cost. Risk. Downtime.
Safe. Scalable. Validated.
From requirement to running system in four phases
Scope & Specify
Define motion, payload, and fidelity requirements; select the right platform or simulator configuration and integration targets — vehicle model, cabin, visuals, HIL.
Configure & Integrate
Build and integrate the platform, motion control, visuals and VR, force feedback, and any turret, radar, camera, or vehicle interfaces — validated against your dynamics.
Commission & Validate
Install on-site, tune motion cueing, and validate fidelity against real-world reference data before sign-off.
Train & Support
Train your operators, instructors, and engineers; hand over documentation; and provide in-Kingdom maintenance and support.
Common questions about SANLAB systems
What exactly does SANLAB make?
Physical motion systems — 6DOF, 3DOF, and 2DOF motion platforms, stabilized platforms, GNSS positioners — and the simulators built on them: driver-in-the-loop, racing, flight, heavy-equipment, and workforce-training simulators. It is hardware plus motion software, not a data or spreadsheet tool.
What can these systems be used for in the Kingdom?
Operator training for heavy equipment and vehicles, defense mission rehearsal and hardware testing, automotive vehicle-dynamics and ADAS validation, marine bridge and stabilization work, film and special-effects motion, and vocational or workforce-development programs.
Are these for training, or for engineering test — or both?
Both. The same motion technology drives immersive operator-training simulators and hardware-in-the-loop engineering test rigs; TDM X specs the configuration to your use case.
What payloads and environments are supported?
Payloads range from 50 kg to 14,000 kg, and up to around 25 tonnes on heavy 2DOF systems, with optional IP65 or IP66 protection for harsh and outdoor environments.
Can it integrate with our existing hardware or simulation software?
SANLAB platforms use real-time electro-mechanical control and integrate with vehicle models, HIL systems, VR, and Unreal Engine via MotionBridge, plus turret, radar, gimbal, and camera systems.
